What is your service area?

We are very proud to service the entire Chicago, Illinois area. We are headquartered in Chicago, but we are able to provide our customers with transportation to any part of the United States if necessary.

What vehicles do you have for hire?

We have a very extensive fleet, which includes limousines, sedans, SUVs, hybrid vehicles, stretch limos, stretch SUVs, mini buses and party buses. When you are placing an order, make sure to include your vehicle preference so we can make every effort to accommodate your request.

Do you service the area on holidays?

Yes, we are a 24/7 provider of limousine services in the Chicago area. We do not close on Sundays or any other major holiday. The only time we may have limited service is due to a natural event, such as bad weather.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

We always recommend that our customers complete their reservation at least 24 hours in advance. While we do not have a problem accommodating requests that occur within an hour of the desired pick up time, it is much harder for us to match customers with the vehicle of their choice if we do not have 24 hours’ notice.

What if I have a young child with me?

We are very happy to provide our customers with the option of getting a child booster seat, if they do not own one. If you already have a booster seat, you may bring it along with you when you are going to ride in the taxi. We do charge a small fee for booster seats, with the specific amount indicated on our reservation form.

Do you offer shared rides?

For certain trips, such as to and from the airport, we do offer shared rides to our customers. The purpose of a shared ride is to lower the cost for all parties. If two or three of our customers are requesting pickup from the airport at the same time, and they have all checked the “shared ride” option on their reservation form, we can complete their request with the same vehicle.
